Stakeholders roundtable, February 2023, Spain

On 2 February 2023, Formative Footprint organized a stakeholders roundtable event in Valladolid, Spain within the Erasmus+ project Stop Digital Divide. The aim of the event was to present the results achieved so far by the SDD project, consisting of the LTTA that took place last October in Spain with educators from the three partner countries (Spain, Romania and Poland) and the activities in the digital toolkit.

The second objective was to gather ideas, opinions and advice from stakeholders from organisations and associations specialised in education and adult education on the importance of implementing digital tools in different educational sectors, how to involve and teach adults to use technology tools and how to become active users of technology. The importance of this event, apart from the presentation of the project results and the valuable contribution made by the participants, is also linked to the potential for future collaboration through contact between different local stakeholders from different but complementary backgrounds.

In the first section of the practical activity, participants were separated into groups of 3 and each group was given digital clichés which served to set up a constructive debate. After an internal dialogue among the group, each group presented and justified in front of the others participants the different points of view and contributions emerged from the debate, based on their direct experience. At the end, the trainer facilitated the final debate.
