Empowering Adult Learners: Digital Skills Workshops for Lifelong Learning

On 8 November 2023, INBIE organized a workshop with adult learners in Częstochowa, Poland within the Erasmus+ project Stop Digital Divide. The aim of this event is to share project results and to empower adults to become active technology users. 

During the workshops tailored for learners needs, participants engaged in immersive learning experiences designed to enhance their digital skills and proficiency. Facilitators employed interactive teaching methods, encouraging active participation and collaboration among attendees. Through hands-on activities and practical demonstrations, participants gained practical insights into utilizing various digital tools effectively for educational purposes.

The workshops fostered a supportive learning environment where adult learners felt empowered to explore and experiment with different digital media platforms. With personalized guidance from instructors, participants developed confidence in navigating digital technologies and honed their abilities to leverage these tools for lifelong learning and professional growth. By bridging the digital divide and equipping adult learners with essential digital competencies, the workshops played a pivotal role in empowering individuals to thrive in today’s digitally-driven society.
